Summary of the Position:

Coordinate the fund development system of the YWCA and work with YWCA staff and Board of Directors to improve tracking of donors, developing a fundraising plan, assist with fundraising efforts, and coordinating data-based systems to manage fund development efforts.  This will strengthen the sustainability of the YWCA and the ability of it to fulfill its mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.
